Looking for an alternative to dairy milk?

Whether you’ve got a lactose intolerance, a dairy allergy, or just deciding to give regular milk a break for a while...there are many alternatives available to you.  Some of the products readily available are almondmilk, lactose free dairy milk, soymilk, and rice milk.  All of these alternatives can be used for drinking, cooking, poured over cereal, or whatever way you would normally consume regular dairy milk.

Through countless days of consumer evaluation and research, JEC has focused it’s offering on two main dairy alternatives: almondmilk and lactose free milk.  Lactose free milk is for people who have an intolerance caused by the inability to digest lactose sugar, one of the major components in dairy milk.  Lactose free milk contains the same proteins as regular milk, but might taste slightly sweeter since the lactase enzyme is added to break down the sugars in regular milk. About 

75% of adults worldwide show some sign of lactose intolerance during adulthood. 

With the demand for dairy free alternatives skyrocketing worldwide, we decided to develop an almondmilk that not only is super nutritious...but also tastes good!  Almondmilk is completely dairy free, which makes it suitable for almost everyone*.  Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, which have been associated with reduced risk of heart disease.  The antioxidant Vitamin E is also found in almonds, which may help prevent a variety of certain diseases.  Just as the case with lactose free milk, almondmilk can be enjoyed is all sorts of ways: drinking, cooking with it, in coffee, over cereals...the list is endless!
